Dust Bolt Covering Black Sabbath’s “Into The Void” Will Save Your Monday

I once read a quote from one of these entrepreneurial types saying that if you look forward to Friday, you’re doing it wrong. You should actually look forward to Monday, because you should be so in love with what you do that returning to work should be the most fun you’ve had all week. And I wished that dude was in front of me so I could spit tequila at him. Monday sucks, you out-of-touch meerkat.

Fortunately it’s as though German stoner rockers Dust Bolt heard the gathered lamentation of the workforce today and decided to ease our burden. They’ve posted their cover of Black Sabbath’s “Into The Void” and it’s fucking incredible, doing the original justice while shaking things up by changing the tempo and adding fun variations on some of the classic guitar parts from the song. Both old-school Sabbath fans and modern stoner rock devotees will get a kick out of this shit.

Listen to “Into The Void” below so you can make it out of Monday alive. The song comes from the vinyl version of their new album Mass Confusion, which is out on Napalm Records and available here.
