Rob Zombie Is Bringing TV Show Host Zombo Back to The Munsters
So far, Rob Zombie has really packed his upcoming reboot of The Munsters with a ton of weird characters, both new additions and classic figures from the original show. Now, he’s announced the return of a very weird and important one: Zombo!
For those of you who don’t remember, Zombo is a TV show host who young Eddie Munster becomes obsessed with, and who his dad Herman becomes incredibly jealous of. Of course, as you’ll see in the clip below, Zombo’s just some dude in a costume shilling for a breakfast cereal, leading Eddie to realize that he should idolize real monsters, like his family.
Rob posted a picture of Zombo in full make-up, with the caption:
“????After 56 years! The man… the myth… the legend returns! ???? The one and only ZOMBO!????”
Damn, the Zombo make-up’s a lot more hardcore this time!
