Sevendust Drummer Morgan Rose to Play on Late Night With Seth Meyers
Yet another metal drummer will be sitting behind the kit on Late Night With Seth Meyers for a few days next week, as it’s been revealed that Sevendust‘s Morgan Rose will join the 8G Band. According to showrunners, he’ll be on the show from January 8 to 11, so if you’re a fan of Seth Myers, Sevendust, or a combination of the two, you’ll want to tune into NBC at 12:35 a.m. EST.
Rose’s addition to the band follows in the footsteps of some highly touted metal drummers, including Torche’s Rich Smith, Gojira’s Mario Duplantier, Tool’s Danny Carey, Deftones’ Abe Cunningham, Mastodon’s Brann Dailor and more.
If not watching mainstream variety talk shows ain’t your thing, you can always catch Sevendust out at one of their previously announced shows on The Machine Killer Tour, along with Static-X, Dope, and Lines Of Loyalty. That tour will run from February 1 at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to February 27 at Keyport, Kentucky.
